TweetDiscover is a
real-time marketing and Social Media automation platform. TweetDiscover lets you automatize actions for multiple Twitter accounts based on different rules you can define.
TweetDiscover is the
perfect complement for the traditional Twitter tools and clients you already use for your social media and marketing campaigns on Twitter. By means of powerful search filters (including language, source, location and keywords filters), TweetDiscover allows you to discover those tweets that are relevant to your needs and program the execution of different actions as a result. For the moment, we support
email alerts, autofollow, autoreplies, scheduled tweets and custom service invocation you can provide. Together with these services, you are provided with a complete dashboard to monitor the performance of your campaigns, with indicators of CTR for your links, tweets found, delivered messages and much more!
TweetDiscover can help you
discover those Twitter users with a potential interest in your business or brand, allowing you to contact them with a promotional message, in an unintrusive way,
by running different Twitter marketing campaigns at the same time. TweetDiscover alerts' service can also help you to receive instant email notifications whenever any tweets matching your filter criteria are found.
Currently, we offer five main services to our users:

Configuring your alerts' service is really simple. First of all, you will need to specify your search criteria to filter tweets (with certain keywords, with or without links, mentioning certain users, near a certain location, etc). Then you just need to set up the execution frequency for your service (every 30 minutes, hourly, daily or weekly). You will be receiving periodic email notifications with a list of all those tweets that matched your search criteria. Please take into account that, for the moment, our free service for Alerts is limited to a maximum of 50 alerts per notification.
With the same search filters available for our Alerts' service, you can configure a Twitter account to automatically follow the authors of the tweets that match your search criteria.
In order to avoid the use of TweetDiscover as a Spam tool, each action needs to be manually approved. To achieve this, you need to watch the Pending Count on top of our menu that
indicates the number of pending actions that might take place (autoreplies or autofollows). Clicking this button will lead you to an administrative console to review the actions that will be
done and approve them if you think they are correct and useful.
With the same search filters available for our Alerts' service, you can configure a Twitter account to automatically follow the authors of the tweets that match your search criteria.
Always with the same search filters available for every feature, you can configure your Twitter account to deliver different automated reply messages to
each of them. You can
include as many shortened links as you want in your message (as long as you respect the 140 characters limit of
Twitter), which you will be able to
track with Google Analytics.
Each campaign you create on TweetDiscover has some default limits, such us the
maximum number of messages to be sent per hour per campaign (currently 50).
This limits also the budget you spend on your campaigns. Moreover, you have also the chance (and we encourage you to do it!) to set up your own limits, in order to customize it to your specific campaign goals and budget.
We have also implemented
heuristics to prevent your Twitter accounts from generating a burst of tweets, that could lead to an account suspension.
Thus,
we evenly distribute tweets within a timeframe so that your messages are delivered in really smooth way .
As an example: if you set up your campaign to send a maximum of 5 replies per hour, these will be sent on an evenly distributed basis during that hour (one reply every 12 minutes).
This is a pretty simple service that you could use as a complement for your campaigns. By scheduling tweets, you can plan tweets to be sent in the future at a certain date and time, and specifying a frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) to repeat it.
We have developed certain built-in actions in our platform that you can use as a response for every tweet that matches your target criteria,
but of course you might want to (or need to) take a really
ad-hoc action to satisfy the specific needs of your campaigns.
In that case, you can just
configure the URL of a service endpoint you have developed yourself and our platform will take care of invoking your service in real-time whenever we found a new tweet for you.
Every tweet we found for you, every action we execute on your behalf, everything is tracked and stored. We provide you with a Dashboard where you can manage all your services and campaigns, getting access to stats such us:
- # of Follow actions executed
- # of Replies sent
- # of Tweets found
- CTR of your links and bit.ly stats integration
- Budget status (spent vs remaining)
TweetDiscover is a platform that is designed to be used to execute highly targeted actions, allowing your brand, product or company to engage with new users and customers in a friendly and useful way, seeking to fullfil and satisfy their needs in real-time.
You will be taking the most out of our platform by defining a suite of different campaigns with specific targeting criteria and programmed actions. If you want to promote your service, brand or product and have already identified your different segments of users and target customers, we encourage you to set up one specific campaign for each target and specify the custom actions you want to take in each case, carefully thinking the message you are going to deliver and links you want to include. The more specific and narrow the filters of your campaign are, the better results you'll get.

We have certain paid services in TweetDiscover. These include the autofollow, autoreply and custom service invocation services. Each transaction has an individual cost (See
Pricing).
Currently we offer up to 50 free tweets alert per execution. This means that each time your campaigns executes a search, you will receive a notification with the 50 latest tweets that match your specified filters.

never collect your password or post to Twitter without your explicit permission.
You can revoke TweetDiscover's access to your Twitter accounts at any time by changing your
Connections settings on Twitter or in
